always sometimes take my cream cheese out about an hour or so before I need it to let it soften.
The first thing I did was combine the small container of whipping cream with the Pumpkin Cheesecake Skinny Syrup.

This is the easiest homemade whipping cream and no refined sugar! Just simply combine the 2 ingredients and blend with an electric hand mixer for 3 mins or so, until it forms stiff peaks and toss in the fridge until needed.
The rest of the ingredients were simply tossed in my Ninja ( I love this appliance! I use it several times per day for a quick blend on my bullet proof coffee) I use the blend setting which blends is for 60 seconds and then poured in to dessert cups . I had originally wanted a Vitamix but find that this does the same job at a fraction of the cost.
The final step was putting the homemade whipped cream in to a piping bag and topping the dessert and finishing it off with a light sprinkle of Pumpkin Pie Spice.
This literally only took 5 – 10 minutes to throw together and
felt tasted like Fall! A definite winner that I make often.
